What's your authenticity guarantee?
Every piece we sell has gone through a rigorous two-step authentication process so you can be assured of its quality and authenticity.
Firstly, it's been meticulously authenticated in-house by our founder. Secondly, all items go through third-party authentication by Luxe Lotte and come with a certificate of authenticity, which is included with every order.
The Bohemian Boutique lifetime authenticity guarantee is a promise to refund you in full in the extremely unlikely event that an item sold is not authentic.
I just placed an order. How long until it's shipped?
All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. All UK and International orders include insured & tracked delivery.
Will I need to be in to sign for my parcel?
Yes. Please make sure that you are at home to receive and sign for your delivery. Due to the value of our items, parcels cannot be left in a safe place and will require an adult signature.
Please note, we take extensive photos and videos of our items during the packaging and shipping stages to protect ourselves from fraud.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return your item, you must notify us within 14 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition and undamaged. If there are damages to the item, we reserve the right to make deductions from your refund.
Items must be returned fully tracked and insured and the cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping for all customers. Shipping is £14.99 for UK orders and £69.99 for international orders. Please be aware that prices do not include duties and customs payments.
Any parcels that are returned due to non-payment of customs fees will be subject to a £50 administrative charge. If the courier charges The Bohemian Boutique the customs fees, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
