Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive tracking details once your parcel has been shipped.

UK Shipping

We offer a flat rate of £14.99 for fully tracked, insured and signed-for delivery within the United Kingdom. All UK orders are shipped using trusted premium services such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express.

Signature Required

Due to the insured nature of all parcels, deliveries cannot be left in a safe place. Please ensure someone is available to sign at your chosen delivery address.

International Shipping

We offer a flat rate of £69.99 for fully tracked, insured and signed-for international delivery. At checkout, enter your location to confirm availability.

Please note that international prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes. These remain the responsibility of the buyer.

If a parcel is returned due to non-payment of customs charges, a £100 administrative fee will apply. Any duties or charges billed back to us by the courier will be deducted from the refund amount.
