We understand that purchasing luxury pieces online requires confidence.

14-Day Returns - UK & International

For both UK and International orders, to initiate a return you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of return approval
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• All original tags, packaging and authenticity documentation must be included
• Any security tag attached must remain intact and not removed

Items must not show signs of wear, damage, scent, alteration or excessive handling beyond what would reasonably be expected when trying an item on.

We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount if the value of the item has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (UK and International)
• Items must be returned using a fully tracked and insured service
• We recommend obtaining proof of postage and insurance for the full item value

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
